First of all, I have to say that I hate dA's category system. I wanted to put this in my gallery, but seeing as this is a "notebook modification" and they hate that stuff, it'll have to stay in scraps. I might post the decal in the gallery, but that'll depend...
This is the weapon for my Zexion cosplay. When I first found out about his weapon, I was both amused and excited. With the weapon being a book, the possibilities for a prop version are endless. In my case, I decided to go for a binder for storage, notes, & doodles to jot down while I'm at the con. The references I had for the cover decals were the magazine scans where the weapon was first revealed and clips of the FM+ fight on YouTube. I had to wing it on the text; the front & spine both say, "World of Shadows, Magic, Disco, & the Zexy,"* with the back simply saying, "Organization XIII." *The title is based on what I've read about his battle pattern. "World of Shadows, Magic," is from the title of the book. I've heard it both as "World of Shadows" & "World of Black Magic," so I added both. Disco's there because Zexion's the king of funk! I mean... because of the spotlight part of his fight. Zexy is a given. |

*giggles* At least I am not the only one who thinks Zexion takes you to the club during his fight. When I first saw the scene, disco came to mind. My nephew believes Zexion takes you to the club to challenge you to a dance match XD.
So what is the actual title to his weapon?
Is it The Book of Secrets, World of Shadows, or World of Black Magic?
Dance match indeed. I'm sure he's at Demyx's level in DDR. I too also thought of disco spotlights when I saw that.
As for the title, I saw a render of the book at KH-Vids. The title is gibberishy but it looks like the subtitle says "another side."
